As the Founder & CEO of Aliste Marketing, Alicia Williams is the marketing professional mastermind behind the visionary concepts. She helps clients transition from unseasoned startups into unfettered successes. Her impressive personal accomplishments and passion for helping fellow entrepreneurs realize their own dreams has garnered her numerous accolades. These include the 2016 Outstanding Women of Family Business Award Recipient, recognition as one of The Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty, and the honor of being the Spotlight Entrepreneur for Capital One Spark.
At age 21, Alicia launched her new venture from her laundry room during an economic recession when entrepreneurship was highly discouraged. Alicia refused to believe that her creativity and passion were limited to the 9-5 corporate realm, and more than a decade later, she continues to break the status quo as an industry leader.
Alicia’s gift for out-of-the-box creative strategies with real metrics to show ROI have won her a dedicated client base as well as the attention of branding giants like Microsoft and Staples both of whom have invited Alicia to present her take on marketing strategy. Chris Viscomi
Christopher Viscomi puts more than a decade of experience in business management and process development to good use as he works to streamline both in-house and client operations.
Christopher attended Roger Williams University, graduating with a BA in Business Management and a minor in Finance and is Business Process Management Certified from Villanova University. Featured in CMS Wire, Chris works with clients to develop their lead nurturing programs for optimal conversion.
Following time as a regional manager and business process improvement specialist, he built on his skills by attaining his Lean Six Sigma Certification, training that further developed his ability to zero in on smart cost-cutting measures, increase revenue, and improve overall efficiency. His efforts to pinpoint inefficient behaviors and reshape them into successful strategies saves clients both time and money without sacrificing the quality that’s at the very heart of the Aliste Marketing professional people-first approach to business.
In his spare time, he enjoys collecting baseball cards, a hobby he pursues across multiple online platforms as a way to share his passion for history and love of America’s favorite pastime.

Jenni Concannon
If communications is an art form—and it is—then our marketing manager, Jennifer Concannon, wields words and ideas with Louvre-worthy skill. Jenni joined Aliste with years of diverse experience in industries ranging from real estate to video branding to high-end investments. Along the way, she’s built an impressive catalog of expertise she now uses to help Aliste’s clients excel their brand and achieve their goals via creative, cohesive campaigns with measurable results.
Jenni oversees our team of social media managers, videographers, and graphic designers, working to brainstorm and implement unique ideas to set clients apart from the competition. Client communication, project management, partner selection—it’s all firmly set in Jenni’s wheelhouse. She also writes the monthly editorial calendars for clients and creates content for social media and digital ads, executing on the strategies the Aliste team puts into play.
Above all, Jenni believes that marketing is not just a job but a way of thinking. It’s innate—not something that can be learned, but something deeply ingrained in how you look at a business and imagine its future. By using her talent to craft amazing campaigns and match up clients with other creatives who specialized in complementary fields, Jenni forges strong, effective collaborations that lead to unparalleled success.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Emerson College, as well as Broadcast Journalism.
